Dr. Yun Qian is a clinician and researcher at Shanghai Jiao Tong University affiliated Sixth People’s Hospital, scientist of Youth Science and Technology Innovation Studio of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, instructor for Undergraduate Training Programs for Innovation of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, member of Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) & Chinese Society for Biomaterials (CSBM), community board member of Materials Horizons (RSC publishing group), and editor for Frontiers in Pharmacology, Chinese Journal of Microsurgery (English) and youth editor for Advanced Fiber Materials. He is a neural specialist and materialist with expertise in neural trauma, neural nanotechnology, neural pharmacology, molecular and cellular neuroscience as well as regenerative neural medicine. He first published research of graphene family in the fabrication of nerve scaffolds for severe peripheral nerve defects. Dr. Qian has delivered speeches in tissue engineering and material conferences home and abroad, and won Best Oral Presentation Award at the Silver Jubilee Assembly of Advanced Materials Congress in 2019.
